Event registration is completed once we receive your participation fee. You will receive a registration confirmation before the event.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For our monthly <a href=\"https:\/\/zoukernatural.de\/index.php\/pratica\/\">Pr\u00e1tica<\/a> sessions, registration is not needed. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Exchanges &amp; Transfers<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>All tickets are personalized and non-refundable. However, they can be transferred to another person up to 7 days prior to the event. If you want to exchange the name on a ticket, please contact us directly. Also, in exceptional cases, we try to find a solution directly with you, so if you have any questions, please don&#8217;t hesitate to let us know!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you\u2019re considering taking over a ticket from someone else, make sure to contact us directly to be sure the ticket is legitimate. To be sure it&#8217;s not a scam, do not buy tickets from someone online without checking with us first.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For transfers, please observe the following conditions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Request transfer via email with both the new and the old ticket holder in the loop <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Transfer is confirmed after written confirmation from Zoukernatural to both of you<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Note: Both persons in the exchange must take the same dance role<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In case of a waiting list, we will refund and distribute the vacant spot.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ticket Registration To register for SoulZouk Festival, follow registration instructions in the event details.
