Ticket Registration

To register for our events, send an email with your name & whether you’re primarily a lead or follow to Soulzouk.Bonn@gmail.com. Event registration is completed once we receive your participation contribution. You will receive a personal registration confirmation before the event.  

For our monthly Prática sessions, registration is not needed.

Ticket Changes

Ticket details can be changed free of charge within 48 hours of purchase. You can make corrections within that time.

Exchanges & Transfers

All tickets are personalized and non-refundable. However, they can be transferred to another person up to 7 days prior to the event. If you want to exchange the name on a ticket, please contact us directly. Also, in exceptional cases, we try to find a solution directly with you, so if you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to let us know!

If you’re considering taking over a ticket from someone else, we encourage to contact us directly to be sure the ticket is legitimate.

For transfers, please observe the following conditions:

• Request transfer via email with both the new and the old ticket holder in the loop
• Transfer is confirmed after written confirmation from Zoukernatural to both of you
• Note: Both persons in the exchange must take the same dance role
• In case of a waiting list, we will refund and distribute the vacant spot.
